Dr. Gretchen Blyss has been in practice for over four years and in that time has had a chance to treat a wide variety of conditions. She utilizes an evidence-based approach to treatment and deals with her most challenging cases as creatively as possible.
She attended Western States Chiropractic College in Portland, Oregon and received her Doctorate degree with clinical honors in Chiropractic in 2005. In 1995 she received her Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Biology and a minor in chemistry from the University of Oregon. During her studies at the U of O, Dr. Blyss was a research technician studying the developmental biology of neural crest cell migration. Since her graduation from Western States, Dr. Blyss has been continuing her education and has earned various advanced certifications in whiplash and brain traumatology as well as auto crash reconstruction and forensics. She also edited "Whiplash and Mild Traumatic Brain Injuries, A Guide for Patients and Practitioners" a reference book for doctors, lawyers and patients.
